Welcome! You know, I moved to Coos Bay at the ripe old age of 5 and have been here for 50 years. I know most women don't like to reveal their age but it must be something in our sea air, I swear I only feel 30! There really is something special about this little spot on the globe. Our mild climate, our warm and friendly people and the spectacular landscape make a perfect setting for all of the things that you can do and go see. Whether it's whale watching, hiking, visiting the casino, fishing or just sitting in a room gazing out at the gorgeous sunset, this is the place to be.

I hope you come and experience our little community for yourself. I will be writing about local community events and special area locals and attractions in my blog but just to get you started here are some links. Enjoy them.
